Akadake Kousen

・The focus of activities is emergency initial response (first aid). We do not perform medical treatment, such as treatment or medication.
・We will provide support for those who are unwell and those who are injured before going down the mountain.
・We will provide primary response when a distress accident occurs and handover support to the Nagano Prefectural Police Mountain Rescue Team and the Suwa District Emergency Rescue Team.
・The usage fee is free.

Doctors and nurses who are interested in mountain medicine will deepen their understanding of Akadake Kosen Mountain Clinic activities and mountain medicine in order to connect to safe activities in mountain areas.
※秋のワークショップでは主に冬季活動を念頭においています。

２）地域医療連携病院の医師・看護師への、赤岳鉱泉山岳診療所の活動に対する認知向上と情報交換の場とする。

・International mountain doctors and international mountain nurses certified by the Japan Mountaineering Medical Association, specialists and certified mountain nurses, and domestically certified doctors and nurses who have experience in mountaineering (crampons & pickel equipment) during the snowy season and wish to work at the Akadake Kosen Mountain Clinic

２）地域医療連携病院(諏訪中央病院・諏訪赤十字病院・相澤病院)勤務の医師または看護師
３）積雪期において、赤岳鉱泉山岳診療所まで安全に来ることができる方

Participation fee: 10,000 yen
※Accommodation expenses are 13,000 yen per night and 2 meals, and transportation expenses for each person are at their own expense.

◎地域医療連携病院（諏訪中央病院・諏訪赤十字病院・相澤病院）勤務の方*A total of 23,000 yen will be collected at the time of registration for the participation fee+accommodation fee. Please note that fees have changed.
※参加費：初回無料（宿泊費1泊2食13,000円と各自交通費は自費）
※2回目以降の方は、参加費10,000円＋宿泊費13,000円＝合計23,000円を受付時にお支払いください。

・This is not guided mountaineering or training mountaineering. This is an experiential study session at Akadake Kousen Mountain Clinic.
・登山計画の提出や山岳保険の加入(判断も)は各自でお願いいたします。

Akadake Kousen Mountain Clinic

Unlike general clinic activities, activities centered around First Aid will be carried out.
Primary care for people who are unwell and those who are injured and sick. No treatment or medication is given.
Health consultation
Handover support to prefectural police mountain rescue teams, fire special rescue teams, and cooperative rescue teams in the event of a disaster
Activity time is 1 night 2 days from 12:00 noon on day 1 to 13:00 p.m. on day 2
1 activity 2 people system
Accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses are provided from Akadake Kousen. (Please note that transportation expenses subsidies are kindly provided by Akadake Kousen, and if you are unable to receive them due to your duties or the policies of your employer, please let us know to that effect.)

 ※An activity history certificate necessary for certification or renewal by the Japan Society of Mountaineering Medicine will be issued to applicants after the activity is completed.

・Limited to doctors and nurses
・Those who have experience climbing snowy mountains with crampons and pickles
地域医療連携病院（諏訪赤十字病院・諏訪中央病院・相澤病院）勤務の医師/看護師は日本登山医学会加入の有無は問いません
②日本登山医学会認定山岳医/山岳看護師資格※取得者、もしくは取得していない方は診療所主催の山岳医療ワークショップに参加済または参加予定
・Those who can safely go back and forth to Akadake Kousen on their own during the snowy season
