*Accommodation and tent reception are available from 9:00 to 16:00. If you arrive before 9:00, you can set up your tent before reception. Also, even if a meal reservation has been completed, it may not be possible to prepare the meal unless the meal fee is paid by 16:00 on the day. This is a measure to prevent food loss due to unauthorized cancellations. If acceptance and payment are made after 16:00 due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Akadake Hot Spring Direct Line to let us know that it will be delayed.
*Reservations for dinner and breakfast must be made in advance. For reservations, please contact us by phone or using the reservation form. We are unable to accept any dinner and breakfast reservations by email, direct message, or fax.
*Reservations for dinner and breakfast will be accepted during the same period as when accommodation reservations can be accepted.
※We are unable to handle requests for dinner and breakfast on the day of your tent stay, or drastically changing the number of people from the time of reservation on the day. Also, please note that if you cancel without permission, you may be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.

A tent stay is a form where no reservation is required or the number of people is not limited, but if you want to eat dinner and breakfast while staying in a tent, you need to make a reservation. Various reservations can be made using the reservation form on the Akadake Hot Springs and Gyoja Hut website or by phone via Akadake Kousen Direct Satellite Telephone 09048249986. Also, it may be difficult to connect to the phone due to poor signal conditions on the direct dial telephone, so we recommend that you make various reservations using the online reservation form. Please note that we do not accept any reservations via PC email, Instagram DM, or fax.

* Please wear a helmet, crampons, and sunglasses when in the area.
* If you are a first-time user, please be sure to get an explanation from Akadake Kousen's staff.
* Only beginners and inexperienced people are not allowed to use it. In the case of group use, the leader must have technical experience in managing and ensuring the safety of all members of the group.
* Climbing and belaying while wearing themeless gloves is prohibited.
* Eating, drinking, and using fire within the area, and climbing and belleying after drinking alcohol are prohibited.
* Only top ropes can be climbed. Climbing on a lead is prohibited.
* Only single standard dynamic ropes (length 40 m, diameter 9 mm or more) can be used as ropes. Twin and half ropes are not available. Please remove the rope when taking a break.
* When constructing the top rope fulcrum, be sure to set 2 or more locations from 2 different single-tube pipes (yellow).
* To build a fulcrum, use a carabiner with a screw gate safety ring and set it up. (see model)
* Please do the belay in a safe place where you can avoid falling objects.
* Top outs at the end of the climb are prohibited. Also, be sure to keep the rope strong when you start climbing.
* Never get under climbers, and keep a sufficient distance between them.
* Don't have a monopoly on several locations in one party, and when it's crowded, please make concessions and use them.
* Please get a date tape at the reception desk every time and stick it where you can see your helmet. We may refuse use if someone violates the above usage regulations or when other acts that we judge to be dangerous are observed.
