At Gyoja Koya, you can enjoy the majestic mountains of Mt. Akadake Mt. Amidadake, and Mt. Yokodake, and it is crowded with families.
During the summer and New Year holidays, we only do lodging business (capacity reduction, complete reservation required), snack business, and tent lodging business throughout the year.
Summer sales: Stay overnight from 2024/12/28 (Sat) to 2025/1/4 (Sat)
Check-in: 9:00 (Lodging and tent lodging starts)
Check-out: 8:00
Refreshment service: 10:00 to 15:00 (stop ordering at 14:50)

*If you need the same dinner, breakfast, or bento as an adult, you will be charged separately. The price is 3,000 yen for dinner, 1,000 yen for breakfast, and 1,000 yen for bento.

※Even if you request a private room at the reservation stage, it may become a shared room and you may not be able to enter a private room depending on the congestion situation on the day. Please note that even if you request to stay in a private room at the reservation stage, we cannot guarantee that you will be in a private room.

*Please note that guests staying for 1 party of 4 or more people may be asked to stay in private rooms on weekends, holidays, and busy days. A private room usage fee will be added in addition to the accommodation fee.
* Due to the nature of mountain huts as evacuation sites, it is also expected that customers without a reservation will have to be welcomed on the day depending on the situation. Please note that rooms may become rapidly crowded.
*Accommodation and tent reception are available from 9:00 to 16:00. If you arrive before 9:00, you can set up your tent before reception. Also, even if a meal reservation has been completed, it may not be possible to prepare the meal unless the meal fee is paid by 16:00 on the day. This is a measure to prevent food loss due to unauthorized cancellations. If acceptance and payment are made after 16:00 due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Akadake Kousen Direct Line to let us know that it will be delayed.
*Reservations for dinner and breakfast must be made in advance. For reservations, please contact us by phone or using the reservation form. We are unable to accept any dinner and breakfast reservations by email, direct message, or fax.
*Reservations for dinner and breakfast will be accepted during the same period as when accommodation reservations can be accepted.
※We are unable to handle requests for dinner and breakfast on the day of your tent stay, or drastically changing the number of people from the time of reservation on the day. Also, please note that if you cancel without permission, you may be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee.
※There is a water hole in Gyoja Koya, but please be aware that it may be frozen during the winter season.

Gyoja Koya is only open during the year-end and New Year business period, so please contact Gyoja Koya directly to Gyoja Koya directly through the satellite phone 09047403808 or 05018082340, so please contact Gyoja Koya directly for various reservations during Gyoja Koya business period. Also, it may be difficult to connect to the phone due to poor signal conditions on the direct dial telephone, so we recommend that you make various reservations using the online reservation form.
